Eileen commenced at TTTV in 1983 as a part time copy taker in the newsroom. 

Over the years she became a production assistant, Head of department, news director, department manager and finally into project management with ITV in London before retiring at the end of 2016.

During this time she has travelled the world and met people from Prime Ministers to Sultans, from A list musicians to those just starting their career and from the rich and famous to you and I.

During this eventful career the thing that gave Eileen most satisfaction was giving other people the opportunity she was given in TV and seeing them progress onto bigger and better positions within TV. Her chickens as she referred to them.
