I first met Eileen in 1983 when she joined TTTv.  We became great friends and I remember many hilarious evenings spent in the Egypt Cottage.  When I moved back home to Scotland in 2007 it would have been easy to lose touch - not Eileen!  She often made the trip up to Aberdeenshire for the weekend and we also used to meet up in Edinburgh or Glasgow for a catch up.  But it was our European jaunts that will live in my memory forever.  Together we visited Amsterdam, Barcelona, Bari, Budapest, Copenhagen, Dubrovnik, Florence, Krakow, Lisbon, Pisa, Ravenna, Sorrento, Tenerife, Venice and Vienna.  We also went to some concerts - Elbow, Take That, Robbie Williams, Billy Joel, The Killers and Snow Patrol. What laughs and fun we had.  Live won’t be the same without her. xx
