Eileen and I started work at TTTV in the 1980s and we worked together on many productions. Whatever job she undertook, she did well and with enthusiasm. She was easy to work with and she valued others who worked hard. Eileen was down to earth and got the balance right between getting the job done and not taking it all too seriously. She was ambitious and achieved much in her working life but she also enjoyed life to the full outside of work. She was enthusiastic about every aspect of her life and I will remember her as a loyal colleague and valued friend. Her bravery in the face of her illness was inspiring.
